Johan Rosman2024-01-30Thanks to Rafeek and his team we have a large solar installation with large battery 200 km from Perth. He only works with the best installers and electrician to get the job done. We hit many SNAG’s starting with a many months builder delay, but Rafeek navigated that waiting time with only a really minimal upfront payment. Once installation finished on 15 December 2023 it did not work at all due to the wrong hardware that was in the boxes of the producer, Sungrow, a company that I certainly would not recommend with abysmal customer service and no respect. The electrician drove 3 times the 200 km, each time spending hours to no avail. Rafeek fought for us the fight with Sungrow and after a long wait they sent over the correct hardware, not boding well if we need Sungrow for warranty in the future. Now, almost 7 weeks later it seems to be working but that is all thanks to Rafeek who tirelessly pushed at Sungrow. Conclusion: RAFpower 10 stars, Sungrow: go for any other producer, can not be worse. No stars at all for them.
